Shipping and Returns Policy

Wholesale Industry is operated by Wholesale Industry LLC. Please review this policy before you order. Your written quote or order confirmation states the exact items, quantities, pickup or delivery arrangement and charges for your order.

All sales are final

We do not accept returns. Confirm size, condition, prior contents (for used containers), intended-use suitability and accessory compatibility before purchasing, and ask for current lot photos when you need them. Containers and totes are sold and shipped empty. This policy does not limit any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Large orders, deposits and cancellations

Large orders and factory (new) orders require a non-refundable deposit. The deposit amount and payment schedule are stated in your quote or order. If you cancel an order that required a non-refundable deposit, the deposit is retained.

Pickup

Pickup is by appointment at our yards in Pennsville, New Jersey and Tampa, Florida. Confirm the lot, the pickup address and your appointment before you travel, and bring equipment and straps suited to the load.

Freight and delivery

Smaller orders ship LTL (less-than-truckload) freight, quoted to your ZIP code. Full truckloads are quoted individually. Freight is not included in product prices unless your written quote says otherwise. Tell us the delivery address type (business or residential), whether there is a loading dock or forklift, and whether a liftgate is needed; these affect the freight quote and the delivery appointment.

Inspection and freight damage

Inspect your shipment when it arrives. Note any visible damage or shortage on the delivery receipt before signing, take photographs, and contact us promptly with your order number. Freight claims are handled through our carriers and brokers; we will help coordinate the claim and confirm the documentation the carrier requires.

Taxes and tax-exempt purchases

Sales tax is charged where required. If your organization is tax exempt or buying for resale, send a valid exemption or resale certificate before the order is invoiced.
