IBC accessories and replacement bulk container lids. Compare options and request pricing.

Container parts and accessories at Wholesale Industry complete the containers you already run: IBC tote covers and garden hose adapters for caged totes, used and reconditioned 48 × 40 and 48 × 45 bulk container lids, and new Monoflo top caps. Each item is checked for fit against your actual container before it is quoted.
This department holds the parts that turn a container into a working system. They fall into two groups, each tied to a container family elsewhere in the catalog.
IBC accessories for caged totes: IBC tote covers and IBC garden hose adapters.
Bulk container lids: 48 × 40 lids, 48 × 45 lids and new Monoflo bulk container top caps.
Accessories pair with IBC totes and collapsible bulk containers; quote both together when outfitting a new fleet.
An accessory that almost fits is often worse than none. A hose adapter with the wrong thread leaks or will not seat. A lid that matches the footprint but not the rim profile slides off in transit or will not stack. Two containers that look alike can use different valves, rims or locating features, so every accessory here is matched to the actual container rather than to a nominal size.
| Accessory | Fits | Key detail to send |
|---|---|---|
| IBC tote cover | Caged IBC totes | Tote size and measurements, plus whether you need access to the top opening or valve with the cover on |
| Garden hose adapter | The tote's discharge valve | Valve outlet size and thread, and the hose connection you want |
| 48 × 40 or 48 × 45 lid | Bulk containers of that nominal footprint | Container maker and model, rim dimensions or photos, and condition preference |
| Monoflo top cap | The matching Monoflo container or pallet system | Container model, cap model and any securing requirement |
Photograph the valve from the front and side. Note the valve type, measure the outside diameter of the outlet thread and count the threads over a set length if you can. Record any markings on the valve body. A thread gauge removes guesswork; without one, clear photos with a tape measure in frame help.
Measure the overall length, width and height of the tote, including the cage. If the totes in your fleet are mixed, list each size and how many of each.
Find the maker and model on the container label or molded into the wall. Measure the outside rim length and width and photograph the rim profile and any corner or locating features. Note whether the lid must stack with loaded containers on top.
Each accessory solves a specific problem in the field. Covers are added when totes sit outdoors or when the contents should be kept out of direct light; they matter most for totes staged at farms, nurseries and job sites for long periods. Hose adapters convert a tote's discharge valve to a common garden hose connection so water and other compatible liquids can be drawn off without a pump or custom plumbing. Check that the adapter material suits what the tote holds.
Lids and top caps protect contents from dust and weather, keep loads from shifting in transit and give a flat surface for stacking. In closed-loop programs, lids go missing faster than containers, so many fleets carry spare lids for each container model. When a container fleet is mixed, keep a simple record of which lid fits which model; it makes reordering faster and avoids the mismatch that happens when two similar footprints are treated as interchangeable.
Accessories are also a common add-on for resellers who sell totes or bulk containers onward, since a ready-to-use unit is easier to move than a bare container.
Accessories are often ordered for a whole fleet at once rather than one at a time. For fleet orders, group your request by container model, so each group gets the correct part. If your fleet is mixed, say which containers will get each accessory. For new Monoflo top caps, minimums vary by product and condition, and factory items often carry higher minimums than used or reconditioned lids.
Send the accessory type, the container it must fit, measurements or photos, condition preference, quantity and delivery ZIP through request a quote, or call 855-964-2534. Fit and availability are confirmed in the quote. Accessories can ship with container orders or on their own; LTL freight is quoted to your ZIP and pickup can be arranged at our Pennsville, NJ and Tampa, FL yards for eligible items.
Send the container maker and model, measurements and photos of the valve, rim or tote. Fit is confirmed against those details before the quote is finalized. A similar-looking container or a shared nominal footprint does not prove fit, so the more detail you provide, the faster the match.
No. The footprint is nominal, and rim profiles, corner features and locking details vary by maker and model. A lid must be matched to the actual container. Include the container maker and model, rim dimensions or photos, and the quantity so the offered lid can be checked.
You need the tote's valve outlet size and thread and the hose connection you want on the other end. Photos of the valve from the front and side with a tape measure in frame help. Note what the tote holds so material compatibility of the adapter can be considered.
The 48 × 40 and 48 × 45 lids are offered as used or reconditioned, with condition confirmed in your quote. Monoflo bulk container top caps are new manufacturer models selected against the exact container. New factory items often carry higher minimums than used or reconditioned lids.
Yes. Add the accessories to the same request as your IBC totes or bulk containers and note which containers they are for. The quote shows each line and freight for the combined shipment, which is usually simpler than ordering the parts separately later.
