Start with New, Used or Reconditioned, then select a confirmed footprint and compare the individual heights and configurations. A footprint is only the base size, not a complete product specification.
| Option | What to compare | Include in your request |
|---|---|---|
| Plastic — New | Compare the exact manufacturer model, footprint, height, base and doors. New Monoflo sourcing may carry a large minimum order. | Model or drawing, required quantity, configuration and delivery timing; exact MOQ needs a quote. |
| Plastic — Used | Select the footprint, then review the actual walls, hinges, doors, latches and base offered. | Acceptable cosmetic wear, functional condition, lid needs and whether matching units are required. |
| Plastic — Reconditioned | Ask which inspection, cleaning or component-replacement work was performed. | Required preparation, acceptable repairs and documentation for the offered lot. |
| Footprint and height | Check outside length/width, usable interior space, open height and collapsed height separately. | Dimensions with units, product clearance and return-storage limits. |
| Doors, lids and bases | Door position, latch design, lid fit and fork-entry arrangement depend on the actual model. | Loading side, lid requirement, handling equipment and the existing model to match. |
| Standard or storage-bottom models | Monoflo lists both conventional bins and models with storage-bottom or height-extension features. | Whether you need return space for dunnage or a particular collar/height configuration. |

Collapsible bulk containers from Wholesale Industry are offered new, used and reconditioned in eleven footprints, from 24 × 44 to 78 × 48 inches. Choose the condition, then the footprint, then the model and height, and quote bins together with lids, pallets or other packaging in one procurement request.
Condition drives price, minimums and where the containers come from, so it is the first decision.
Reconditioned bulk containers are inspected and repaired, and ship from our yards. A balance of condition and cost for working fleets.
Used bulk containers are sold as returned from service. Availability is by request, and cosmetic wear is expected.
New bulk containers are manufacturer models made to order, with higher minimums than yard stock.
Eleven footprints are listed in each condition. Some footprint and condition combinations are sourcing requests, with the model confirmed in the quote.
A footprint is only the base size, not a full specification. Open height, collapsed height, door position, latch design and fork entry all vary by model. New models include Monoflo bulk collapsible containers and Monoflo extended-height bulk containers, and Monoflo also lists models with storage-bottom or height-extension features.
| Option | What to compare | Include in your request |
|---|---|---|
| New | Exact model, footprint, height, base and doors | Model or drawing, quantity, configuration and timing; minimum confirmed in quote |
| Used | Walls, hinges, doors, latches and base on the units offered | Acceptable cosmetic wear, lid needs, and whether units must match |
| Reconditioned | Which inspection, cleaning or part replacement was done | Required preparation, acceptable repairs and documentation |
| Height | Open height, usable interior and collapsed height | Product clearance, rack openings and return-storage limits |
| Doors and base | Drop-door position, fork entry and runners | Loading side, handling equipment and the model to match |
Bulk containers are bought for a loop, so plan around the whole cycle. Collapsed height sets how many empties fit on a return trailer and how much floor space idle bins take. Door position decides whether workers can reach parts at the bottom without tipping the bin. If containers will be racked, check that the base suits your rack and that the rated capacity of the exact model covers the load, stacked and racked.
When you are adding to an existing fleet, send the maker, model, and photos of a container you already use. Mixing models in one fleet is possible, but lids, stacking and handling are simplest when units match.
Pallet-sized 48 × 40 and 48 × 45 bins fit the trailers, racks and pallet positions most facilities already use, which makes them the usual starting point. Narrow bases such as 48 × 28 or 32 × 30 suit tighter aisles, line-side presentation and smaller loads. Long bases from 56 × 48 to 78 × 48 carry long parts such as extrusions, trim or tubing that will not lie flat in a standard bin. Measure your largest part and the space at the point of use before settling on a footprint.
Lids are quoted separately and must match the container model; see bulk container lids for 48 × 40 and 48 × 45 lids and new top caps. Containers paired with a matched base are under container pallet systems. For a site focused only on these bins, visit our dedicated collapsible container site.
Send condition, footprint, height, model if known, quantity, contents, lid needs and delivery ZIP through request a quote, or call 855-964-2534. Used and reconditioned containers ship from our Pennsville, NJ and Tampa, FL yards with pickup by arrangement; LTL freight is quoted to your ZIP and truckloads are quoted individually. Minimums vary by product and condition, and the offered model and availability are confirmed before you accept the quote.
Used containers are sold as returned from service, so expect cosmetic wear and check walls, hinges, doors and latches on the units offered. Reconditioned containers have been inspected and repaired. Ask which inspection, cleaning or component replacement work was performed if your application has specific requirements.
New containers are manufacturer models made to order, so minimums follow the factory production run rather than yard stock. Used and reconditioned containers ship from our yards and are often available in smaller quantities. The exact minimum for each model is confirmed in your quote.
No. The footprint describes only the base size. Open height, collapsed height, doors, latches, base design and lid fit vary by model. Send the maker and model, or measured dimensions and photos, if new units must work with containers you already use.
Yes. Lids are quoted as separate lines and must match the container model, not just the footprint. Used and reconditioned 48 × 40 and 48 × 45 lids and new top caps are available. Include the container model and quantity of lids when you request a quote.
Used and reconditioned containers can be picked up by arrangement from our yards in Pennsville, New Jersey and Tampa, Florida. Confirm the pickup location, timing and loading arrangements with your quote. New factory containers are made to order and ship by freight quoted to your ZIP.
